Snowberry Weddings has teamed up with some wildly-talented vendors to offer bespoke wedding packages for up to 24 people. Our packages are developed with care and creativity to meet every need and exceed expectation. With our unique pick-and-choose format, you can take the lead in designing your wedding day experience; it’s as easy as a few clicks. We will tailor your day to your preferences, working behind the scenes to create a day that you, your beloved, and your very best people can cherish for years to come.

Each package includes:

Bethany Mahaffey, owner of Snowberry Micro Weddings, provides you with enough tables, chairs, linens, place settings, and glasses for your guest count; candle holders & candles; a beautiful lounge space for guests to kick back; complementary tabletop florals; and 2 personal floral arrangements for your ceremony.

Where the magic happens. Choose from a selection of unique indoor and outdoor venues (or feel free to choose your own back yard… we’ll bring the party!).

Our photographer sees and documents everything, be it a caught-in-the-moment laugh or kiss, a posed-but-relaxed embrace, or a flickering candle illuminating a glass of bubbly. Every sweet, funny, and precious moment will be captured so that you can relive your joy time and again.

Our talented food and drink collaborators source local and organic ingredients whenever possible. They are experts in their field and take pride in the quality and presentation of their offerings. Be prepared to have your wedding socks knocked off by delightfully-delicious palate pleasers.

We’re lucky to have one of the region’s best bakers on board. Select from gorgeous macarons, decadent bars, or cake; or choose something a little different, like ice cream!

We have a variety of musicans ready to set the tone for your event, from Spanish guitarists to cellists, from banjo-ers to fiddlers, from pianists to classic vinyl djs.

All packages include day-of coordination, too.

We not only handle vendor coordination and event design; we also provide a custom wedding day timeline and are on-site on the wedding day for a smooth, successful event.

Our micro wedding packages are available Mondays - Thursdays during peak season (May - October) and available 7 days a week in the off season (November - April). Packages are designed for a maximum of 24 people, and festivities last approximately 4 hours. We will lavish you and your guests with all the goodness you deserve to ensure a beautiful, memorable celebration.

How it Works

1. Fill out and submit the “Design Your Day” form.

2. After receiving your form, we’ll connect with collaborating vendors and obtain quotes. We will put together a “master quote” that includes everything you can expect from us: venue, food and drink, music, florals, furniture, place settings + linens, photography, set-up and strike, and a timeline to keep things flowing.

3. We’ll send you a proposal and quote. If you love it, we’ll have you sign contracts with each participating vendor and pay deposits to retain services. Let us know if you want changes made to the proposal — we always do our best to accommodate special requests!

4. Once the contracts are signed, you’ll be able to “chat details” with us (such as signature cocktail requests or special food preferences).

5. Start getting excited for your wedding! Trust us to bring everything together. We look forward to presenting you and your favorite people with the best day imaginable.
